Toria Plank serves as Chief Operating Officer and Registered Dental Assistant across our family of dental practices, where she plays a key role in advancing clinical support, operational systems, and team development. She has been part of our organization since 2009 and brings more than a decade of leadership experience in both patient care and practice management.
Toria earned her dental assisting certification through the Chattanooga College Dental Assisting Program and is a Registered Dental Assistant through the State of Tennessee. She holds additional credentials in dental radiology and nitrous oxide monitoring, serves on the Chattanooga College Administrative Board, and is an active member of the American Dental Assisting Association.
As COO, Toria is dedicated to continual growth — both personally and professionally. She is passionate about lifelong learning, leadership development, and sharing that knowledge to help other practices and teams thrive. Toria is actively involved in the community and enjoys mentoring, teaching, and collaborating with fellow dental professionals to strengthen patient care and practice culture across multiple offices.
She is known for her compassionate leadership style, commitment to excellence, and her belief that strong teams create extraordinary patient experiences.
Toria and her husband, Gary, have been married since April 2006 and live in Georgia with their sons, Kyle and Aiden. Their family are members of Salem Baptist Church and enjoy camping, college football, reading, and spending time together with friends and loved ones.
